Home Repair Nexus ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a request-based platform at homerepairnexus.com. The platform is designed to help homeowners, renters, apartment residents, condo residents, landlords, and property managers submit home repair and maintenance requests and receive next-step guidance.

Home Repair Nexus does not employ repair technicians, does not dispatch personnel to properties, and does not perform any repair or maintenance work directly. The platform facilitates the request submission and review process only.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Home Repair Nexus platform, submitting a request, or using any feature of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

No Guarantee of Service Availability

Submitting a request through Home Repair Nexus does not guarantee that service will be available in your location, for your requested category, or within any specific timeframe. The availability of request coordination support depends on a variety of factors including geographic area, service category, and current platform capacity.

We do not guarantee that any particular repair need will be addressed, scheduled, or completed as a result of a platform submission.

Independent Service Professionals

When applicable, Home Repair Nexus may coordinate with independent service professionals in connection with submitted requests. These service professionals are not employees, agents, or representatives of Home Repair Nexus. They operate independently and are solely responsible for the services they provide.

Home Repair Nexus does not supervise, endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services provided by independent service professionals. Any service engagement between a user and an independent service professional is a separate arrangement outside the scope of these Terms.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Home Repair Nexus makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The outcome of any request submitted through the platform
• The quality or results of any services coordinated in connection with a request
• The accuracy or completeness of next-step guidance provided
• The timeliness of request processing or response

All guidance provided through the platform is informational and does not constitute professional advice.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when submitting requests
• Not submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent request information
• Not using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempting to interfere with or disrupt platform operations
• Ensuring they have the right to submit requests for the relevant property

Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, error, or unavailability of the platform

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid, if any, to access the platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We expressly disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
